WHO: Cara Yates Crotty

WHAT: Crotty has been promoted to member (partner) with the Columbia office of the law firm of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a firm providing labor and employment law representation for management since 1946.

PRACTICE: Crotty defends employers in cases involving every aspect of the employment relationship, including claims such as sexual, racial, age, and disability harassment; discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, and national origin; retaliation; and various other federal and state law claims. Crotty also represents federal contractors in their affirmative action compliance obligations by assisting with plan preparation and defending audits.
