WHO: Mr. David L. Smith

WHAT: Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management and headquartered in Atlanta, has promoted David L. Smith to managing member (equity partner).

PRACTICE: Smith focuses his practice on providing compliance advice to employers on federal and state occupational safety and health (OSHA) requirements as well as assists employers with the development and implementation of safety and health programs and policies.  In addition to working with companies on programs and compliance, he assists employers in defending OSHA citations and OSHA and DOT retaliation charges.
