WHO: Ms. Kira Fonteneau

WHAT: Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLC, a labor and employment law firm representing management with clients across the country, welcomes Associate Kira Fonteneau.

PRACTICE: Fonteneau joins Constangy’s employment litigation practice, the firm’s largest practice group, where her primary focus will include representing management in state and federal court. Before joining Constangy, Fonteneau interned with the Office of Governor Sonny Perdue in Atlanta and Athens-Clarke District Attorney’s Office in Athens, Ga. Before going to law school, Fonteneau also gained management experience in the banking industry working for Wachovia Bank, N.A. as a project leader.

EDUCATION: J.D., University of Georgia School of Law; B.A., University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va.

ADMITTED TO BAR: 2005, Alabama; Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama
