WHAT: Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management with an office in Nashville, Tenn., has promoted Teresa Rider Bult to managing member (equity partner).

PRACTICE: Bult focuses her practice on employment litigation defense and has successfully tried both jury and non-jury cases.  She works closely with clients to resolve difficult human resources issues before they transform into litigation and often provides audit services to clients to analyze human resource compliance issues.  Bult has extensive experience successfully litigating all types of discrimination and wage claims, including class claims, at both the trial and appellate level.
