WHO: Mr. Eric Proser

WHAT: Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management and headquartered in Atlanta, promotes Workers’ Compensation Team Leader Eric Proser to member (partner).

PRACTICE: Proser is the Department Head of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice and has been successfully defending workers' compensation claims for nearly a decade.  Under his leadership, the firms’ workers’ compensation practice has expanded and now includes defense of employers, self-insurers and insurers in Georgia (Atlanta and Macon offices), North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and Alabama. In addition to his litigation practice, he counsels employers and insurers on how to prevent or minimize exposure to work injury claims, and on implementing best practices and light duty return to work programs.  Proser is a frequent speaker at seminars and symposiums on a wide variety of workers’ compensation topics.
