ATLANTA (February 22, 2006) - Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLC’s members (partners) Carl Cannon, Clifford H. Nelson, Jr. and Frank B. Shuster have been selected as 2006 Georgia Super Lawyers.

Only five percent of attorneys receive this honor each year. Attorneys are selected based on the quantity and quality of nominations they received from other attorneys in Georgia.

Cannon, a senior litigator, has served as lead counsel in state and federal cases involving every aspect of the employment relationship.

Nelson, a thirty-year traditional labor law veteran, is the head of Constangy’s traditional labor practice. He has handled cases throughout the country before both the National Labor Relations Board and the courts. His principal practice areas are defense of union organizing and election campaigns, NLRB litigation and union negotiations, arbitrations and contract administration.

Shuster, head of the firm’s litigation practice, focuses on employment litigation and has extensive experience in National Labor Relations Act and labor arbitrations. Shuster is also recognized by his peers as a 2006 Who’s Who Legal USA – Management Labor and Employment and the Best Lawyers in America 2006.
