KATHY PERKINS ELECTED TO
CONSTANGY, BROOKS AND SMITH, LLC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Kansas City, Mo. - Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLC has elected Managing Member (equity partner) Kathy Perkins to its executive committee for a two-year term. Constangy’s executive committee, the firm’s governing body, consists of members from across the firm’s 14 offices.

Perkins focuses her practice on reducing the risk of employment litigation by counseling private and public employers in all aspects of employment law. She has broad experience defending employers in civil litigation, including class actions, as well as administrative claims. Perkins was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 1983, the Missouri Bar and Kansas Bar in 1997 and the Washington DC Bar in 2001. Perkins earned her J.D. from Harvard University and her B.S. from Kansas State University.
