WHO: Ms. Tamula R. Yelling

WHAT: Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLC, a labor and employment law firm representing management with clients across the country, welcomes senior associate attorney Tamula Yelling to the Birmingham office.

PRACTICE: Yelling joins Constangy’s employment litigation practice, the firm’s largest practice group, where her primary focus will include representing management in state and federal court. Before joining Constangy, Yelling specialized in representing plaintiffs in cases involving claims of sexual harassment, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act and disability, age, religion, race and sex discrimination, as well as cases involving claims of invasion of privacy, assault and battery and retaliatory discharge.
