Practice: Poolejoins Constangy’s employment law and litigation practice, the firm’s largest practice group, with more than 10 years experience. His practice encompasses all aspects of employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Poole served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida in the Employment Litigation Bureau, where he represented public officials and state agencies in employment law matters. He has handled a wide variety of employment law matters, including litigation before both state and federal administrative agencies and state and federal appellate courts.
