Malfitano, Campbell and Holtzman Named
“Florida Super Lawyers”

Tampa, Fla. - Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management with offices in Tampa, Jacksonville and Lakeland, Fla., proudly announces managing members (equity owners) Michael D. Malfitano, John W. Campbell and Gail Golman Holtzman have been named “Florida Super Lawyers.”

Only five percent of attorneys in Florida receive Super Lawyer honors each year.  Attorneys are selected based on the quantity and quality of nominations they received from other attorneys in their state.

Malfitano is a senior labor attorney who counsels and assists employers in problem prevention and legal analysis of complex employment issues.  He has represented employers in cases involving every aspect of the employment relationship including collective bargaining, arbitration and union avoidance.

Campbell, also a senior litigator, has tried jury verdict cases involving every aspect of the employment relationship.  He also assists employers in problem prevention and legal analysis of complex workplace issues.

Holtzman’s area of expertise is in litigation avoidance, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, wage and hour law, as well as National Labor Relations Act matters.  She is a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator/Arbitrator and has served on various committees of the American Bar Association Section of Labor & Employment.
