Janowitz has recently been named as one of the Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2006, as determined by Labor Relations Institute, Inc., a leading industry information source. Janowitz made the elite list due to the number of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) elections in which he represented clients and the success of those election outcomes. He was selected from more than 8,700 attorneys evaluated by Labor Relations Institute. Janowitz specializes in every aspect of proceedings before the NLRB. He has defended cases involving union organizing, collective bargaining, single/joint employer status, successor-ship, discrimination, healthcare bargaining units and cessation of operation.
