Katze, a managing member (partner) in Constangy Atlanta’s office, specializes in employment litigation, the firm’s largest practice group. He has extensive experience in all facets of counseling and representing employers regarding disputes involving the employee-employer relationship. Before joining Constangy, Brooks & Smith, in 1973, Katze was an assistant general counsel (Acting) with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he was an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
