NASHVILLE, TENN.  (July 15, 2005) - Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLC’s office-managing member, William “Zan” A. Blue, Jr., is ranked as one of the top attorneys in the Chambers USA Guide. He has also been recognized by his peers as one of Middle Tennessee's top attorneys, by once more being named to the “Best of the Bar” in Nashville.
