Phippen as Counsel. Phippen, joins the firm with more than 20 years of experience representing companies in employment and transportation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Phippen served as Counsel in the Washington and Atlanta offices of an international law firm. Phippen is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Georgia. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law and the University of Virginia.
