WHO: Mr. W. Wright Mitchell

WHAT: Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management, welcomes Member W. Wright Mitchell to the Atlanta office.

PRACTICE: Wright specializes in labor and employment law issues as well as civil litigation.  He comes to Constangy with extensive knowledge and expertise in assisting employers in a wide variety of workplace issues, including development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures, drafting employment agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements and defending lawsuits brought under various federal and state employment laws.  Wright also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of Georgia.
