PRACTICE: Russell comes to Constangy with extensive knowledge and expertise in assisting employers in a wide variety of workplace issues including manager, supervisor and human resources department training, employment and labor law audit and compliance programs, plus general human resources counseling.  He has tried cases before the National Labor Relations Board in addition to bench and jury trials for discrimination, harassment, and related claims filed in state and federal courts.
