October 1, 2007 2007 Georgia Rising Star - Super Lawyers Atlanta, GA - Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLC, a national labor and employment law firm representing management, proudly announce Georgia Super Lawyers have selected associates Jena Tarabula and Leigh E. Tyson as “2007 Georgia Rising Stars.” Super Lawyers, launched Rising Stars to recognize the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state. The top five percent of attorneys in the state, are asked to vote for the best attorneys who are either 40 or under or who have been practicing 10 years or less. The lawyers are asked to vote for lawyers they have personally observed in action — whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other first-hand courtroom observation. Tarabula is an associate in the firm's litigation section. Her primary focus involves representing management in state and federal court employment litigation. Tyson practices in all areas of labor and employment with an emphasis on National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issues. She assists clients with developing and implementing comprehensive employee relations/union avoidance strategies as well as representing clients before the NLRB and state agencies.
