Challenges & Opportunities for Employers

Today's businesses face overreaching labor regulations and anti-business mandates, many of which hurt your bottom lines. Now, in this critical election year, the employer community must take an active role in advocating for sound labor and employment policy as well as opposing unreasonable expansions of workplace regulation.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Vice President for Labor, Immigration and Employee Benefits, Randy Johnson, will discuss how the Chamber will work to defeat a broad array of new mandates. Our own Constangy lawyers will advise on how the issues affect employers. Topics to be discussed include:
