W.
Wright Mitchell practices in the areas
of labor and employment law and civil litigation. Mr. Mitchell
has litigated cases in state and federal courts across the United
States. Drawing on his litigation experience, Mr. Mitchell
has developed extensive expertise in assisting employers in a wide
variety of workplace issues, including development and implementation
of workplace policies and procedures, drafting employment agreements,
restrictive covenants and separation agreements and defending lawsuits
brought under various federal and state employment laws. Mr.
Mitchell also serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General to
the State of Georgia and his duties require him to defend the state
against claims filed pursuant to the Georgia Tort Claims Act. Mr.
Mitchell is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and earned his undergraduate
degree from the University of South Carolina in 1992 where he was
a member of the varsity football team. Following his graduation
from the University of South Carolina, Mr. Mitchell studied Spanish
in Argentina before obtaining his law degree from Emory University
in 1996 where he was a member of the Moot Court Society and President
of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Wright and his wife, Antonia, live in Buckhead with their children,
Harrison and Alexia, and two dogs, Ollie and Roo. Wright
