Angelique Lyons is an experienced litigator who has handled employment cases of every nature, including retaliation, whistleblower, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour. She also has significant experience litigating class action matters both in state and federal court and frequently represents clients in wage & hour collective action lawsuits. In addition, Angelique does affirmative action compliance, from developing plans to representing clients during an audit. She also advises employers in all aspects of employee relations and management by assisting companies with problem prevention and problem control. Angelique is a frequent speaker and trainer on employment law issues.
