John
Campbell is the senior litigator in Constangy's
Tampa Office. He has tried jury verdict
cases involving every aspect of the employment relationship as
well as many personal injury, commercial and construction claims.
He has defended cases involving claims of sexual harassment,
retaliatory discharge, disability, age, religion, race pregnancy,
marital status, and sex discrimination, Whistleblower, FMLA,
Equal Pay Act, FLSA and ERISA violations, as well as cases involving
claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, negligent hiring,
supervision and retention, negligent and intentional infliction
of emotional distress, misrepresentation and fraud, tortious
interference and breach of contract and cases asserting class
action claims. John also assists employers in problem prevention
and legal analysis of complex employment issues.
