Kristine Sims is an associate attorney in the Winston-Salem office with experience involving every aspect of the employment relationship. She has been involved in complex litigation involving class action issues, the FLSA, all aspects of Title VII, retaliatory discharge, and state law claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and covenants not to compete. In addition to her employment litigation practice, she has significant experience in the area of affirmative action compliance including EO Survey preparation and defense, affirmative action plan training and preparation, and on-site and audit defense. Before joining Constangy, Kristine was an Assistant Attorney General, Appellate Division, State of West Virginia.
