The Constangy Management Training Center "Employment Law 101"

We know how difficult it is to gather all of your supervisors and managers for a day or even a half-day of training, with the resulting loss of productivity. As a result, we have been scheduling regular monthly live full-day training sessions for supervisors and managers in four core labor and employment law topics:

(1) Basic Employment Opportunity Laws Including Retaliation;

(2) Smart Hiring including ADA Compliance;

(3) Preventing Workplace Harassment; and

(4) Discipline and Discharge.

The training sessions are conducted on the third Thursday of every month. You can send one or two supervisors or more at a time in a manner that will minimize disruptions to your business. The sessions run from 8:30 to 4:30, with lunch provided. Each segment lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The cost of each full-day training session is $75 per person. You will be billed in our regular monthly billing. We will also schedule customized training sessions for supervisors and managers or for HR professionals upon request.
