On January 29, 2009, President Barack Obama signed into law the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, which dramatically expands the statute of limitations in discrimination cases involving Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Join Robin Shea in a comprehensive webinar discussing this new law and the impact that it will have on your handling of equal pay issues, and the prevention and defense of discrimination claims. The presentation will also include a review of basic principles in analyzing your compensation to ensure that all of your employees are being paid fairly.

Robin Shea is an attorney in Constangy's Winston-Salem, North Carolina, office, who for more than 20 years has practiced in the areas of litigation prevention and defense, wage and hour, including class and collective actions, and affirmative action. She has extensive experience in defending employers in equal pay charges and lawsuits, and assisting them in analyzing their compensation for pay equity issues.
