The Constangy Management Training Center "Employment Law 201"

This training session is designed for those who have already attended our “Employment Law 101” course or for those who have an understanding of employment law basics. This is a live full-day training session for supervisors and managers in five core labor and employment law topics:

(1) Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Issues;
(2) Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans With
Disabilities Act (ADA);
(3) Union Avoidance—Issues for Supervisors;
(4) Performance Evaluations; and
(5) Benefits Law for Supervisors and Managers.


This session will be held in our state-of-the-art training facility in our Tampa Office and will run from 8:30 to 4:30, with lunch provided. Each segment lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The cost of this full-day training session is $75 per person. You will be billed in our regular monthly billing. We will also schedule customized training sessions for supervisors and managers or for HR professionals upon request.
