Constangy, Brooks & Smith Expands to Midwest
We are pleased to announce this week our firm opened a Midwestern office in Kansas City, Missouri. The expansion marks the second new office opened by our firm within the last six months, following our Macon, Georgia addition last July.
The Kansas City office is headed by Robert Janowitz, formerly the Chair of the labor and employment section of the full service firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP. Bob told a legal news reporter, "Our attorneys are excited by the opportunity to be part of a growing firm whose focus has been labor and employment law for over 50 years."
We welcome Stephen Schuster, Michael Blumenthal and Kimberly Seten, also formerly with the labor and employment law section of Shook, who join Janowitz in establishing the Midwest office. Some clients may remember Mike, as he had previously served as an associate with our Atlanta office before moving back to his home town of Kansas City.
The Midwest team brings more than 50 years of combined legal experience to serve clients. In fact, Bob Janowitz was previously the Regional Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board's office in Kansas City. Our firm's Midwestern move enhances our ability to serve our existing national client base and is part of our commitment to locating employment litigation and labor services closer to clients' geographical locations.
Our Midwestern office is in temporary quarters presently, however, in two months the permanent address will become: Suite 300, 2600 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri, 64108. The telephone number, (816) 472-6400, and the fax number, (816) 472-6401, will remain the same.
For more information about the firm's expansion, contact your Constangy, Brooks & Smith attorney or call Tori Whitaker, marketing director at (404) 525-8622, ext. 210.
