James Coleman Comments on DOL Decision in Human Resource Executive
Fairfax attorney James Coleman was quoted in Human Resource Executive regarding the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division's recent decision to no longer issue opinion letters under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Coleman, a partner in the Fairfax, Va., office of Constangy, Brooks and Smith who chairs its wage-and-hour practice. "
