What Does the Re-Election of President Obama Mean for Federal Contractors?

the monumental changes in enforcement efforts by the Office of Federal
Contract Compliance Programs in the past four years, and the resulting
outcry from the business community, this may have been the most
important presidential election for federal contractors – and the
millions of American workers that they employ – since Executive Order
11246 was signed by President Johnson in 1965.
The OFCCP under President Obama began a historically ambitious
regulatory agenda, seeking to “up end” the status quo of affirmative
action in federal contracting. The list of the OFCCP’s proposed changes
