ATLANTA- National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP announces its new executive committee.

Neil H. Wasser, Atlanta, will continue to serve as chairman of the Atlanta-based firm, with his new two-year term ending in March 2012. Also appointed for two-year terms are Teresa Bult, Nashville; Penni Bradshaw, Winston-Salem, N.C.; and Clifford H. Nelson, Atlanta.

Appointed to four-year terms are James M. Coleman, Fairfax, Va.; Michael D. Malfitano, Tampa; and Patrick R. Tyson, Atlanta.

Current executive committee members John F. Dickinson and W. Melvin Haas, Macon, will continue their terms, which expire in March 2012.

The executive committee will continue to oversee the growth the firm has experienced over the last few years. The firm’s 20th office opened earlier this year in St. Louis, which comes on the heels of new locations in Greenville, S.C., and Milwaukee, Wis., in 2008, and Boston in 2009. The firm continues to explore additional opportunities for expansion in 2010 and beyond.
