ATLANTA—  National labor and employment law firm, Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, announces the promotion of four Constangy attorneys to Equity Partner and one Constangy associate to Partner. 

Constangy, Brooks & Smith’s Executive Committee, headed by Chairman Neil Wasser, promoted the following attorneys to Equity Partners:  James N. Nolan, Birmingham, Ala.; Charles W. Pautsch, Chicago, Ill. and Milwaukee, Wis.; Phillip Russell, Tampa, Fla.; and Steve Warren, Greenville, S.C.

Constangy associate David Steffen of Constangy’s Tampa, Fla., office was also promoted to Partner, effective January 1, 2009.
