NASHVILLE, Tenn.— National labor and employment law firm, Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, welcomes attorney Katherine (Kitty) Boyte to its Nashville office.
Boyte brings more than 23 years of legal experience defending workers' compensation cases to Constangy. She is one of the leading practitioners of the craft in Tennessee, well respected by clients, judges and opposing attorneys. She is among several new additions to the practice area which has expanded in several states in the past year, and she will serve as the key workers’ compensation attorney for the firm’s Tennessee practice.
Boyte is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee. She attended the Nashville School of Law where she received her J.D. in 1986.
Active in the legal professional community, Boyte is involved in the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. In addition, Boyte is involved in civic associations such as the Junior League of Nashville, the Franklin Road Academy Athletic Boosters Club, the Franklin Road Academy Friends of the Arts Board and the Defense Research Institute.
