BOSTON -- Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP (Constangy), a national leader in labor and employment law, welcomes attorney Christopher Pardo to its Boston operation. Constangy expanded to the Northeast with the addition of a Boston office that opened on April 16.
As an associate in the Boston office, Pardo will focus his practice on the defense of employment cases in federal and state courts, arbitration, and before administrative agencies in Constangy’s employment ligitation, wage and hour and traditional labor practice areas.
He has represented a broad range of clients in traditional labor and employment matters, including matters involving race, sex, age, and pregnancy discrimination; complex wage and hour issues; wrongful termination; trade secrets and noncompetition agreements; ERISA; and state law claims. Prior to joining Constangy, Pardo was a labor and employment litigator at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and served as a judicial intern to Judge Angel A. Cortiñas of the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida.
Pardo, who graduated valedictorian from St. Thomas University School of Law, is a member of the American Bar Association.
