Watson's trial experience includes workers' compensation cases across Tennessee.  She is a frequent lecturer regarding employment issues and the reduction of claims, addressing professional organizations and employers alike.  Watson has frequently argued in front of the Tennessee Supreme Court as well as the Tennessee Special Workers' Compensation Panel.

As graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Watson is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennesssee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers' Association.  She was recently elected to the Bench & Bar Committee for the Tennessee Defense Lawyers' Association.
