Labor Relations Institute Names Seven Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP, Attorneys as Top 100 in Nation

ATLANTA – Seven attorneys from Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLP, have been named to the list of Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2009, by the Labor Relations Institute, Inc., a leading industry information source.  

Constangy, Brooks & Smith attorneys Clifford H. Nelson, Jr., Townsell G. Marshall, Jr., from the Atlanta office; W. Melvin Haas III from the Macon, Ga. office; Richard O. Brown from the Birmingham office; and Robert J. Janowitz, Stephen P. Schuster and Timothy A. Davis from the Kansas City, Mo., office were all selected for inclusion on the list.

Inclusion on the list puts these seven attorneys in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the United States, making these attorneys among the most active in representing companies in National Labor Relations Board-monitored elections.

According to the Labor Relations Institute, it evaluated more than 9,000 attorneys, and the honor of “Top One Hundred” was determined by the number of National Labor Relations Board elections in which each attorney provided representation and the success of those election outcomes.
