From North Dallas Area near I-75 and I-635

  • Travel South on I-75 and exit I-35E South ( Woodall Rodgers Fwy).
  • Take the  Field Street exit. and turn left onto  Field St (traveling South).
  • Turn right onto  Patterson (for the parking garage).
  • The  Renaissance Building will be located on your right at the corner of Field and Elm.

From North Dallas Area near the North Dallas Tollway and I-635

  • Travel South on the North Dallas Tollway through the last toll plaza.
  • Stay to the left, which becomes Harry Hines Blvd.//TX-354-LOOP S.
  • Continue to follow TX-354-LOOP S
  • Stay straight to go onto N Akard St.
  • Turn right onto Elm St.
  • The  Renaissance Building will be on your right at the corner of Field and Elm.  (Parking is right on Field, left on Patterson)

From South Dallas on I-35E North/Hwy 67 North

  • From I-35E Northbound take exit I-75 North ( Woodall Rodgers Fwy).
  • Take the  Field St. exit and follow the Field St. loop exit to your right. 
  • Turn right onto service road.
  • Turn right onto  Field Street.
  • Turn right onto Patterson (for the parking garage).
  • The  Renaissance Building will be located on your right at the corner of Field and Elm.

From South Dallas on I-45 North

  • From I-45 Northbound merge with I-75 North ( Central Expwy) and take the I-35E exit ( Woodall Rodgers Fwy).
  • Take the Field Street exit and turn left onto  Field St (traveling South).
  • Turn right onto  Patterson (for the parking garage).
    The  Renaissance Building will be located on your right at the corner of Field and Elm.

From I-30

  • Traveling either east or west on I-30 take the I-35E North exit and then exit I-75 North ( Woodall Rodgers Fwy).
  • Take the Field Street exit and turn left onto  Field St (traveling South).
  • Turn right onto  Patterson (for the parking garage).
  • The  Renaissance Building will be located on your right at the corner of Field and Elm.

From DFW Airport

  • Exit the airport using the South exit.
  • Take Hwy 183 east to I-35 (Stemmons Frwy.) to Spur 366.
  • Go east on Spur 366. Exit Griffin St. and go south.
  • Turn left on Ross.
  • Turn on the first right on Field and make a right on Patterson.
  • The parking garage entrance is immediately on the left.

From Love Field

  • Go west on Mockingbird to I35 (Stemmons Frwy).
  • Go South on I35 to Spur 366.
  • Go east on Spur 366.
  • Exit Griffin St. and go south.
  • Turn left on Ross.
  • Turn on the first right on Field and make a right on Patterson.
  • The parking garage entrance is immediately on the left.
