Steve Warren has practiced in the field of labor and employment law representing management for over 35 years. He has extensive experience counseling both union-free and unionized employers with regard to developing and maintaining an issue-free workplace. He has represented clients with regard to representation elections and unfair labor practice charges, negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements, and handled many arbitrations over the course of his career. Steve also provides advice to employers with regard to general employment law issues, from the ADA to FMLA to Wage-Hour matters. Committed to assisting employers avoid labor and employee relations problems, Steve conducts numerous seminars and programs for both union-free and unionized employers. He has led and helped coordinate the Breakfast Series on Labor and Employment Law for the Chattanooga Manufacturer's Association for over 20 years, he helped create and develop the successful program entitled, "Corrective Bargaining," for Executive Enterprises, and he has conducted numerous public and in-house management training programs for various associations, chambers of commerce and employers.
