Meg Zabijaka has successfully defended employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including claims of sexual harassment, retaliation, disability, age, religion, race, sex, and national origin discrimination. Meg has also defended against common law claims, such as breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She has represented employers in traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations. Meg also represents employers seeking to enforce non-compete, or restrictive covenants, against former employees. She has represented employers in wage and hour audits, and she counsels employers on employment law matters, provides training, policy review, and revision and employment practice audits. Meg is a frequent speaker and lecturer who has given presentations on various topics, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, litigation avoidance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, and class action litigation.

Before joining Constangy, Meg served as a Judicial Clerk for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Lake County, Florida.
