Roxana has over 10 years experience in all aspects of employment and labor law, with an emphasis on helping management maintain a litigation-free and union-free workplace.  She has broad and varied experience in counseling employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regularly conducts management training, including sexual harassment and discrimination prevention.  Roxana is fluent in Spanish which allows her to provide her clients that have Spanish-speaking employees with legal services in Spanish such as conducting witness interviews, preparing witnesses for depositions and trials, developing workplace policies and drafting employee handbooks.
