“Coming from a management background, I understand the need to be free from distractions. When problems do arise, I will be my client’s fierce advocate in the litigation process, while also striving to find the most optimal resolution so that they can focus on their business goals, not on the lawsuit.”
--Brian Ewing, Litigator
Brian joined the firm after working for a plaintiff’s employment and personal injury litigation firm. While in law school, Brian worked as a research assistant for Professor Daniel Selmi, and is credited for assisting with Professor Selmi’s article “The Promise and Limits of Negotiated Rulemaking: Evaluating the Negotiation of a Regional Air Quality Rule”, 35 Envtl. L. 415. Before and after his undergraduate career at UCLA, Brian worked in restaurant management where he learned the importance of uniform policies to protect the employer and ensure that the company follows a consistent procedure when the employer-employee relationship becomes strained. Brian now represents employers from a range of industries in all California State and Federal Courts to safeguard their interests.
