"Employment law is the ‘family law’ of the corporate world. If you can get inside the employee’s head and really understand the employee’s perspective, however you may disagree with it, you can invariably reach a successful outcome for the employer."
--Kristen Allman

She has successfully handled a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state courts in Florida, as well as other parts of the country, including collective and individual wage-hour actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, family and medical leave, disability, ADA Title III, USERRA, workplace violence, breach of contract, defamation, negligent hiring/negligent retention, harassment, fraudulent misrepresentation, whistle-blowing, wrongful death, ERISA and commercial claims. Kristen has also successfully defended management before numerous government administrative agencies such the Wage-Hour Division, EEOC, OSHA and the NLRB.
