"If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything."

--Mark Twain

For over 16 years, Jeff has served as a trusted advisor to employers in their efforts to comply with various federal, state and local employment and labor laws. He counsels employers daily on the management of their workforce and litigation avoidance, and he regularly litigates cases, whether the matter concerns a single employee, group of employees or class of employees. Jeff's litigation experience includes the successful trial of several cases to verdict. Jeff is most recently serving as defense counsel in a number of class actions involving airlines, the cleaning franchise industry, a hospital system and a retailer on such topics as alleged mis-classification of employees as independent contractors and as exempt from wage/hour laws, misrepresentation and unfair business practices, and compensatory time violations. Jeff also regularly serves as counsel in high-stakes non-compete/trade secret litigation and represents majority or minority shareholders/partners/members in intracorporate disputes.
