Robert H. Bernstein
Partner

Robert Bernstein practices in the firm's St. Louis office and serves as Office Head. For nearly 29 years, Mr. Bernstein has developed an extensive labor and employment practice, exclusively representing multinational and domestic corporations on both a regional and national basis, with an emphasis in employment litigation and counseling. He handles class and collective actions covering the full panoply of federal and state anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws.

Mr. Bernstein also lectures and writes extensively throughout the United States and overseas on a wide array of employment law issues. He was selected for inclusion in the National Registry of Who's Who. He also is privileged to sit on the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Legal Advisory Board and Chair of the Board's Labor & Employment sub-committee.

Prior to joining Constangy, Mr. Bernstein was a partner at Epstein Becker & Green for many years, where he was one of five members of the Executive Committee, a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors and Chair of the Firm’s National Labor Department Steering Committee.  Mr. Bernstein was also a partner at Reed Smith, where he chaired the Firm’s Global Marketing Team.
