Charlie Williams is a seasoned litigator who recognizes that all employment challenges faced by management have an impact on business, whether practical, financial or legal. He understands the need for conciliation in some instances, while appreciating the importance of successful litigation in others. He has successfully defended and advised employers against all types of claims made by either current or former employees. He has represented companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, construction, hospitality (especially restaurants), banking, education, environmental, automotive, insurance, real estate, retail, professional, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, transportation, consulting and distribution, just to name a few. He is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2007. Charlie is certified as a circuit civil and district court mediator in all state and federal courts and is actively mediating state and federal cases in litigation as well as pre-litigation matters.

- Charlie lives in the Orlando area with his wife and their three daughters. They enjoy frequent visits to the Florida west coast beaches during the summer, attending football games in the fall and exploring art festivals in the winter and spring.
