Toby Dykes is a litigator who has defended cases involving claims of sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, disability, age, religion, race and sex discrimination, equal pay violations, as well as claims involving negligent and/or wanton supervision, intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, and breach of contract. Toby also assists clients in analyzing employment issues. Toby frequently gives presentations to human resource groups on employment matters.

Before joining Constangy, Toby was an attorney with the law firm of Smith & Ely.
