Glen Fagan is a partner in the firm's Litigation Section and his practice focuses on employee relations counseling and representing companies in employment disputes. Glen represents employers in both state and federal court litigation involving discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Glen also represents employers before federal and state agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Glen has conducted numerous employee/management training programs, and regularly counsels clients dealing with a wide range of employment-related issues. Prior to joining Constangy, Glen served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable C. Christopher Hagy, United States Magistrate Judge.
