Alyssa represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, with a focus on employment litigation and management training.

Based in Constangy’s Macon office, she guides clients through workplace challenges ranging from litigation defense to proactive compliance strategies. Her practice covers the full spectrum of employment law issues, allowing her to serve as a reliable resource for day-to-day advice and long-term planning.

Alyssa defends employers in single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, and wage and hour litigation, and counsels companies on a broad array of workforce management issues. She regularly advises on EEO policies, attendance and leave protocols, and restrictive covenant agreements, including non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. Known for her hands-on approach, Alyssa works closely with clients to understand their business operations, helping them navigate employment issues with practical and creative solutions.

She works with organizations of all sizes—providing trusted day-to-day guidance for smaller employers and representing large national companies in complex and high-stakes litigation.

About Me

During her spare time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and their son. She is an avid Georgia football fan, and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors on her family’s beef cattle ranch in Middle Georgia.
