Overview

Aubrey, a partner and member of the Constangy Cyber Team, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). Aubrey obtained a Master of Science in Digital Forensics in 2020 and leverages her legal background and technical understanding to advise clients on issues involving the complex cybersecurity landscape.

Aubrey has extensive experience guiding clients through responding to and investigating cyber incidents and network intrusions, having handled hundreds of sophisticated incidents across diverse sectors such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, and higher education. Aubrey further leverages her incident response experience in providing well-informed advice to clients on privacy and security compliance, as well as comprehensive cybersecurity incident preparedness.

Aubrey previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As Judge Rueter's law clerk, she was exposed to issues involving cybercrime, investigations, and the search and seizure of data stored in foreign countries. Aubrey also worked as a law clerk in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court to the Honorable Karen L. Suter.

Aubrey attended Rutgers Law School, where she was a member of the Editorial Boards of both the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Hunter Appellate Advocacy Moot Court.
