Overview

David represents employers in labor, employment, and transportation matters, with additional experience in cybersecurity-related litigation. He advises businesses on a wide range of issues, including traditional labor relations, wage and hour compliance, and regulatory matters affecting motor carriers and shippers.

David works closely with clients on both day-to-day employment concerns and in high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings, bringing a steady, solutions-oriented approach to each matter.

With extensive experience in defending employers before administrative agencies and in arbitration, David frequently counsels on union-management relations, collective bargaining, and wage and hour disputes. He has also handled complex matters involving cybersecurity litigation, including claims arising from data breaches, data privacy violations, and related regulatory issues affecting business operations. His litigation background allows him to guide clients through both employment-related and cyber-adjacent disputes with confidence and clarity.

David’s practice includes advising transportation industry clients on regulatory compliance, contract disputes, and risk management involving freight and logistics operations. His deep understanding of the intersection between employment law, regulatory frameworks, and evolving cyber risks helps clients navigate today’s complex legal landscape.
