LaLonnie Gray represents and counsels employers in all areas of employment law, and has represented clients throughout the litigation process in single-plaintiff lawsuits and class/collective actions.  She advises employers on a wide range of employment issues, including personnel policies, restrictive covenants, social media issues, and employment agreements.  LaLonnie also defends claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, Title IX and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.  She regularly counsels employers regarding their obligations under federal and state law and how to avoid litigation and create creative solutions to problems arising in the workplace.  Prior to entering private practice, LaLonnie clerked for the Honorable Judge Christine M. Arguello on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
