Overview

Leigh guides employers through all aspects of labor and employment law, with a strong focus on matters before the National Labor Relations Board. She serves as co-chair of Constangy’s Labor Relations Practice Group and represents clients across a wide range of industries nationwide.

For more than twenty years, Leigh has defended employers in NLRB proceedings, including unfair labor practice cases and representation hearings. She acts as lead negotiator for numerous collective bargaining agreements, and helps resolve employment discrimination claims through investigations, mediation, and litigation. Leigh also provides supervisory training on key labor and employment topics, helping employers strengthen compliance and reduce risk.

Beyond her practice, Leigh is also a frequent writer and speaker on labor and employment law trends.
